For the fifth consecutive year, GLT Logistics has been named a finalist for the Top Company for Women in Transportation Award, presented annually by the Women In Trucking Association (WIT). The Top Companies for Women to Work For in Transportation Award was created in 2018 by Redefining the Road to support a core part of WIT’s mission: recognizing the companies that are actively moving the needle for women in the industry. It’s determined through an industry-wide vote — meaning the recognition comes directly from the transportation community itself, not from a panel of judges.

Companies are evaluated on a set of characteristics that WIT has consistently defined across years: inclusive workplace culture, competitive compensation and benefits, flexible work arrangements, professional development opportunities, and real career advancement paths. GLT has been recognized under every one of these criteria.
