These Event Terms and Conditions (“Event T&Cs”) apply to all attendees (“Attendee”) who register for or participate in any event organized by GLT Transportation Group, LLC (“GLT”). By registering for an event, completing the registration form, or attending the event, Attendee agrees to be bound by these Event T&Cs.
- Attendees must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Registration is personal and non-transferable unless expressly authorized by GLT.
- GLT reserves the right to deny or revoke registration for non-compliance with these Event T&Cs.
- Attendees must comply with all applicable laws, venue rules, and reasonable instructions issued by GLT staff.
- GLT reserves the right to remove from the event any person whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate.
By registering for and/or attending the event, Attendee grants GLT, its affiliates, and their authorized representatives the right and permission to photograph, record, and otherwise capture Attendee’s image, voice, and likeness in connection with the event.Attendee authorizes GLT to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display such media (in whole or in part, with or without modification, and whether alone or in combination with other content) in any format and through any channel, including but not limited to GLT’s websites, social media accounts, marketing materials, and internal communications, for promotional, informational, and educational purposes, without further notice, approval, or compensation.Attendee waives any right to inspect or approve the final use of such media and releases GLT from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or relating to such use.If an Attendee does not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is the Attendee’s responsibility to notify GLT in writing prior to the event.
- Attendees acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation in the event, including travel to and from the venue.
- GLT is not responsible for personal injury, illness, property loss, or damage except where caused by GLT’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GLT, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to Attendee’s participation in the event, except to the extent caused by GLT’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- By registering, Attendee consents to GLT’s collection and processing of personal data provided for the purposes of event administration, communication, and marketing.
- Data will be handled in accordance with GLT’s Privacy Policy.
These Event T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Venue for any dispute shall lie exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
If any provision of these Event T&Cs is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Event T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between GLT and the Attendee with respect to participation in the event and supersede any prior understandings.
