CARRIERS BEWARE / BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE / DISHONEST COMPANY / NON-PAYMENTGot a team reefer load booked with them to be done over the weekend of Easter, it had 2 drops in it. On the day of pick up they emailed us saying they wanted to add an extra pick and an extra drop out of the way, offering us $100 to do that. We did explain that money was not sufficient for extra work they wanted to put on us by adding a whole new load to our trailer. Their team failed to even negotiate the rate increase and informed us they took us off the load entirely.In result of their actions, our team truck got stuck for the weekend and we lost money because of this company greediness. When contacted them for a TONU compensation, they told it was our fault that we did not agree to haul an extra load for $100, blamed us of disrespect and threatened us with karma.Conclusion: not trustful loads, greedy team, unprofessional personnel, no money.Team we had no pleasure dealing with: Andres Jimenez, Gustavo Ossa, Luisa Restrepo, Abby Gonzalez.

I can’t say much positive about this company.. damn, it’s unpleasant to work with them, especially with Esteban Novoa! I don’t know his reasons but this man has to be avoided if you wanna do your job and feel that you’re respected.. it’s not hard to be a good person
